Description

The Scottish Milk Marketing Regional Board Offices, located at 23 Melville Street in Perth, is a late 19th century building. It features a two-storey, three-bay front made of ashlar stone. The ground floor is rusticated, and there is a side entrance porch. The central bay is advanced and includes a pedimented tripartite window on the first floor. The building has a main cornice, a blocking course, and a curved chimney gable on the side. The roof is hipped and covered with slate.
