Description

Mid 19th century with later additions and alterations.

3-storey and attic, Victorian Renaissance facade: painted, 2

canted bays with decorative iron parapets through ground and

1st floors; lugged architraves, central arched fanlight

doorpiece, cantilevered 1st floor balcony above, balustraded

with ball finials, pedimented centre window opening onto it.

3 windows 2nd floor, cornice and blocking course. Later 19th

century facade in George Inn Lane. 2 storey Renaissance,

painted, pilastered ground floor with 2 arched windows and

centre keystoned door. 3 windows with blocked architraves and

raised quoins at 1st floor.

Frontage to Tay Street plain 3-storey and basement L-plan

with modern additions.
