Description

The building at 35, 37, and 39 George Street in Perth dates from around 1770. It is a three-storey structure with an attic gablet and is finished in painted stucco. The facade features six windows on both the first and second floors, including one Gothick-style window and one piended dormer. The roof is slated. This building is similar in style to the nearby properties at Nos. 23-27.
