Description
Gleneagles Old Tollhouse is a building originally constructed around 1820 or 1830, though it may have been remodeled from a late 18th-century structure. It is a single-storey and attic building made of rubble, featuring a broad-eaved gable facing the road. The original Venetian doorpiece has been built up. There is one window above the entrance, and to the north, there is a single-storey, two-window addition with a piend roof that is harled. To the south, there are single-storey offices with a piend roof, which now have a corrugated iron covering.
