Macbeth Cottage, built around 1845 to 1850, is a charming low single-storey cottage made of rubble. It features low pitched, broad-eaved roofs covered with slate, which are adorned with intricate fretwork valances. The cottage has a T-shaped front and includes a timber Jacobethan porch at the corner.
