Description

Hawthorne Cottage is a late 18th century, single-storey cottage featuring three bays and a later addition at the rear. The building is constructed of rubble with coped skews and has a reed thatched roof topped with a concrete ridge. It has ashlar margins around the door and windows, which include four-pane sash and case windows. A brick chimney stack is located on the gable end.
