43 King Street in Perth is a pair of symmetrical semi-detached houses built around 1835. They form a two-storey, four-bay block constructed of painted squared and coursed rubble with smooth margins, while the rear is made of rubble. The houses feature a base course, cill course, and an eaves cornice, along with a pair of small rooflights.

Steps with decorative iron railings lead to the central entrance, which consists of four-panel timber doors with concave reveals and nine-pane fanlights above. The windows are predominantly plate glass timber sash and case, with some 12-pane timber sash and case windows located at the rear. The roofs are covered with grey slates and have raised skews, while brick gablehead stacks are present.

The interior of No. 41, which was seen in 2009, retains its original room plan. It includes a curved stair with decorative cast-iron balusters and a timber handrail, along with some decorative fire surrounds and plaster cornicing.

Boundary walls surround the property to the west, north, and south. There is a low, coped rubble wall to the west, topped with iron railings and featuring pedestrian openings with a pair of iron entrance gates. Taller, coped rubble walls are present to the north and south.
