Description
Barnhill Tollhouse is an early 19th century, single-storey building designed in a T-plan with a basement due to the sloping ground. The front features a central bay made of ashlar stone that projects forward and is supported by recessed Greek Doric columns arranged in a distyle. The roof is slated and has a piended design. There is also a table of dues displayed at the property.
