19-23 Eglinton Street, Beith

19-23 Eglinton Street in Beith is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall and features three bays. It has two late 19th-century piended, canted dormers. The front has three central pilastered doors, one of which is now blocked, and a continuous entablature with a scooped blocking course. There are flanking windows and three architraved windows on the first floor, all with moulded cills. The exterior is finished in painted ashlar and includes a base course, raised angle margins, an eaves course, a cornice, and a blocking course.

On the south (rear) elevation, there is a late 20th-century, non-traditional single-storey brick extension, along with a catslide dormer in the attic of the main building. The shop windows are fitted with plate glass, and uPVC glazing has replaced the original four-pane timber sash and case windows, which were likely originally twelve-pane. The roof is covered with grey slates and features a stone ridge and an end stack with circular clay cans.
