Description
This is an early 20th-century power house, forming an L-shaped plan and linked to Noddsdale House. It has red-tiled gambrel roofs and an open porch located in the re-entrant angle of the building. There are two doors fitted with spun glass panes. Mullioned gable windows are a feature, along with a continuous string course at cill level, with harling below and patterned brickwork with timber framing above. The architect was possibly James Millar, who also designed Noddsdale House.
