Description

Blair Bridge, located over the Bombo Burn in Blair Park, Dalry, was built in 1849. It is a single span bridge constructed of coursed rubble with an ashlar arch-ring. The parapet rises to the center and features straight-sectioned coping that supports iron railings. The bridge has tall corniced central and terminal piers. An inscription on the plinth of the central piers includes the initials "WFB, CIB" along with the date.
