Description

36 High Street in Fochabers is a house built in the later 19th century. It is two stories tall and has a symmetrical three-bay design. The building is constructed of rubble with tooled ashlar dressings. The central entrance features a corniced door. There are bipartite windows in the outer bays on both the ground and first floors, which mainly have two-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
