Description

31 High Street in Fochabers is a two-storey, four-bay dwelling built in the later 19th century. The building features a mix of rubble with tooled ashlar sandstone dressings. It has an off-centre corniced entrance and a blocked door situated between two windows. The windows have four-pane glazing, and there is a deep bandcourse separating the ground and first floors. The end stacks have been renewed, and the roof is covered with slate.

Additionally, there is a narrow single-storey, reconstructed two-bay wing that was added around 1980. This wing links No 29-31 with the west gable of No 25 High Street and includes paired doors.
