Description

1-2 Nairn Road in Forres consists of two cottages from the earlier to mid 19th century, along with a mid 19th century wing known as Greywalls Studio, which faces Iowa Place. The cottages have modern windows, but they retain one gablet dormer and a gablet loft entrance. There is a dovecot located in the south gable head, and the building features a slate roof.
