Description

Mid 19th century, L-plan range of 6 cottages, single storey

and attic, 2 and 3 bays. Rubble with tooled margins. Bowed

corner to No 6 with IOWA PLACE inscribed on splay above

window. 12-pane sashes. Piended or canted dormers break

eaves. Asymmetrical fenestration with 4-pane sashes to rear.

Slate roof.
