Description
The Gordon Tomb is a square classical mausoleum located in the burial ground of the Old Parish Church in Bellie. Designed by William Robertson and built between 1825 and 1826, it features a colonnade of 12 Ionic columns that support an entablature. The entablature has raised armorial panels on the east and west sides, each topped with a swagged urn. Inside the mausoleum, there are two small sarcophagi; one is uninscribed, while the other is dated 1834 and has an inscription.
