Description
The Bridge of Marnoch, dated 1806, is a substantial two-span bridge likely designed by the architect William Smith from Montrose. It is constructed from tooled granite rubble and granite ashlar. The bridge features a large segmental arch ring and a smaller semi-circular arch ring, both made of granite ashlar. Additionally, it has triangular cutwaters and a parapet.
