Description
The Greenock Club, located at 31 Ardgowan Square in Greenock, is a two-storey, five-window Italianate building constructed in 1865 by architects James Bouches of Bouches & Cousland. The building features a tall first floor and is made of ashlar stone. Notable architectural details include vermiculated quoins and ground floor window surrounds, as well as a square column porch that has half vermiculation. There is also a single-storey side wing with a bay window.
