Mungosdail

Mungosdail is a tacksman's house built around 1820. It is a two-storey, three-bay structure with a rectangular plan and a symmetrical design. The exterior is made of whitewashed, squared rubble.

The southwest elevation, which is the principal front, features a square-plan entrance porch at the center with a piended roof. There is a small window in the porch and a door on the right side. The windows are arranged regularly, except for a bipartite window on the ground floor to the left and smaller windows on the upper storey.

The northeast elevation was not visible in 2001. The northwest elevation has a blank gable end, while the southeast elevation includes a single-storey lean-to addition with windows in the center and on the returns.

The building has modern window frames, grey slate roofing, lead flashing, skews, and coped gable end stacks. The interior was not seen in 2001.
