Description

Samuel Barham, 1879. Single storey. Symmetrical 5-bay house,

entrance to left and former waiting room, entrance to right.

All rendered concrete.

West facing frontage with entrances in re-entrant of wide

projecting bay window with sloping slated roof. Entrances

flanked by tripartites; hoodmoulded window lights north

return gable; similar (blocked) window in south return gable

under slated canopy. Multi-pane sash-windows; decorative

barge-boards with apex pendant finials; deep eaves with

curved timber brackets; corniced centre stack; slate roof.
