Description
Ach-An-Eas, located at 21 Island Bank Road in Inverness, is a building dating from around 1865. It is constructed from coursed rubble and stands two storeys high. The west front features four bays, with the left end bay being advanced and gabled, showcasing a canted bay window on the ground floor. The left centre bay includes a tower topped with a spire and weathervane. The right centre bay has a bipartite window with a gablet dormer head on the first floor, while the right end bay is also slightly advanced and gabled, featuring another canted bay window at the ground level. A Gothic porch is present on the south flank of the building. The roof is polychrome slated. There are modern additions at the rear.
