1 Ballifeary Road, Inverness

15 Bishop's Road in Inverness is a building designed by W L Carruthers, dating from around 1890. It is constructed from rubble and has two storeys. The front is asymmetrical and features four gabled bays. On the right side, there is a canted bay window on the ground floor, while the left side has two single-light windows at the same level. A chimneystack is corbelled from the wall face above. The other windows in the building are bipartite.

On the south gable, there is a round-arched doorpiece with rectangular hoodmoulds. The north gable consists of two bays and includes a canted bay window with a parapet, along with a doorpiece similar to that on the south gable at ground level. The first floor features bipartite windows. The gables and gablets are decorated with half-timbering, and the roof is slated.
