Description
Stornoway House, located on Shore Street in Fishertown, dates back to 1842. It is a two-storey house with an attic and features four bays. The north front has undergone significant alterations, particularly in the window arrangement. The ground floor is harled, while the upper section is constructed of coursed rubble with painted margins and ashlar dressings. The windows have 12-pane glazing, a pattern that continues in the modified ground floor windows. There are two segmental-headed wallhead dormers with scroll skewputts, a slate roof, and a flat-roofed extension at the rear.
