Description

3 Borgie is a house dating from around 1922. It is a single-storey building with an attic and faces south. The house has three bays and is constructed of rubble with tooled rubble dressings. The entrance is off-centre, and there are two gabled dormers with weatherboarding. At the rear, there is a central gable featuring a single first-floor window and a coped wallhead stack on either side. The windows have four-pane glazing, and there are coped end stacks on the slate roof. Additionally, there is a rear lean-to porch.
