Description

1 Borgie is a house built around 1922, featuring a single storey and an attic, with a south-facing three-bay facade. The structure is made of rubble with tooled rubble dressings. It has an off-centre door, two gabled weatherboarded dormers, and a rear centre gable that includes a single first-floor window and flanking coped wallhead stacks. The windows have four-pane glazing, and there are coped end stacks. The roof is covered with slate, and there is a lean-to porch at the rear.

At the back of the house, there is a simple, low rectangular steading made of harl pointed rubble with a corrugated iron roof.
