Description

5 Borgie is a single-storey and attic house dating from around 1922, facing south and featuring three bays. The building is constructed of rubble with tooled rubble dressings. It has an off-centre door that is sheltered by a modern glazed porch. There are two gabled dormers with weatherboarding, and at the rear, there is a central gable that includes a first-floor window and a flanking stack with a coped wallhead. The windows have 8-pane glazing, and the house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.

At the rear, there is a lean-to porch that has been extended with modern materials. Additionally, there is a rectangular steading behind the house, which includes some recent additions.
