Description
2 Borgie is a house built around 1922, featuring a single storey and an attic. It faces south and has three bays. The structure is made of rubble with tooled rubble dressings. The entrance is off-centre, and there are two gabled dormers with weatherboarding. At the rear, there is a central gable that includes a single first-floor window and a flanking coped wallhead stack. The windows have four-pane glazing, and there are coped end stacks. The roof is covered with slate.
There is a rear lean-to porch that has been raised to two storeys to serve as a bathroom extension, which is harled.
Additionally, there is a simple, low rectangular steading located at the rear of the house. This steading is constructed of harl pointed rubble and has a corrugated asbestos roof.
