Description
Tannach Mains is a late 18th or early 19th century, two-storey, three-bay house with single-storey wings on both the east and west gables. The building is constructed of rubble with ashlar margins and is all white-washed. The central door is concealed by a later gabled porch. It features narrow windows, with two bays on the west wing and a wide tripartite window on the east wing, primarily with four-pane glazing. The house has crowsteps and end stacks, with slated roofs, using Caithness slates for the side wings.
