Description
This is a two-storey, L-plan house located at 286 Rogart, dating from 1864. The building is constructed of coursed grey rubble with tooled grey ashlar dressings. It features a central lean-to porch situated in the re-entrant angle. The house has two-light windows that include wooden mullions in the center. There is a gabled dormer on the first floor that displays a datestone, and the windows are fitted with 12-pane glazing. The property has coped end and wallhead stacks, along with simple bargeboards that are supported by ashlar brackets. The roof is covered with slate.
