64 High Street, Ardersier

63 High Street in Ardersier is a pair of later 18th century cottages, each two stories high and consisting of three bays with varying widths and irregular window arrangements. The cottages are built of rubble with contrasting painted ashlar margins. Number 64 features a rendered front elevation and a whitewashed gable on the south side. It has an end stack and a ridge stack, both with thack stanes, and is topped with slate roofs that have stone skews.

Number 64 includes ground and first floor windows in the return gable on the south side, showcasing a varied glazing pattern and materials. There is a two-story rear extension to the west of Number 64, likely from the late 19th century, which has a single-story lean-to added in the 20th century.

Number 63 has a blind central first floor window with painted dummy 12-pane glazing, while all other openings have been boarded up as of 2014. The interior has not been seen since 2014.
