60 High Street, Ardersier

58 High Street in Ardersier is a late 18th century, two-storey and attic building that forms part of a ten-bay terraced row of three houses, designed with classical proportions. The houses have single-storey extensions at the rear and are prominently located on the main street of the village. The front elevation is made of tooled and stugged ashlar sandstone, while the rear is rendered.

The house on the right, number 58, features four bays and has an off-centre doorway with a moulded architrave and double-leaf timber panelled doors. The centre house, number 59, has three wide bays with irregular ground floor window arrangements and two double-leaf doors, one of which has a stone panel above it. The left house, number 60, also has three bays, with single-pane windows and an off-centre doorway. Small piended dormers are present in the outer bays of the raised roof of the centre and left houses.

The buildings predominantly feature a 12-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows, panelled end stacks, ashlar coped skews, and pitched slate roofs, which are raised on the left side for numbers 59 and 60. The stacks in the centre and left houses have been enlarged. The interior was not seen in 2014.
