Description
Kilmalieu House is a late 18th century, two-storey, four-bay double pile house with later additions. The exterior is harled and features painted tooled ashlar margins. The central door on the southeast front elevation is concealed by a square projecting porch that has a side entrance and a piended slate roof. To the outer left, there is a canted bay window on the ground floor, while the right outer bay has a wide, three-window bowed bay that rises to full height and is topped with a bowed piended roof. The windows have two-pane glazing, and there is a single-storey lean-to at the northeast gable. The house has paired ridge stacks and a piended slate roof, with various additions at the rear.
