Description
Castle Stalker is a 16th-century oblong building featuring three storeys and a cap-house, constructed from random rubble. It has corbie steps, an allure flush parapet, and loop-holes. A modern fore-stair leads to the entrance located at the second storey, which is adorned with an armorial panel above it.
Inside, the first storey has a barrel-vaulted ceiling, and there is a corbel course that once supported the floors of the now-gone third storey and cap-house. The second storey retains half of an ornamental fireplace, and a turnpike stair is situated in the northwest corner.
