Description

Early 19th century, long rectangular 2-storey steading

barn; symmetrical 11 bay NW long elevation with 3 1st

floor loft entrances, 2 reached by wooden forestairs, with

long slit vents between. Front SE elevation has 2 later

slapped wide centre entrances flanked left and right by

stable doors with flanking windows. Single centre 1st floor

winnowing door with symmetrical slit vents either side.

Segmental headed carriage cart entrance in NW gable

ground floor; piended shingle roof.
