Description

Invermoriston New Bridge is a concrete single span bridge, designed by Mears and Carcus-Wilson and dated 1933. It features a small flood arch at the west bank, with both the main structure and the flood arch faced with rubble and adorned with tooled rubble dressings. The bridge has a segmental headed tooled rubble arch ring and parapet, along with wide end buttress abutments that include refuges. The approximate span of the bridge is 90 feet.
