Description

20-22 Novar Road is an earlier 19th century, two-storey terrace building that features a symmetrical design with seven bays. The central bay has a basket-arched pend, with three-bay dwellings on either side, each having a central door. The building is constructed of rubble with rendered margins and harled flanks and rear. Above the pend arch, there is a single window with 12-pane glazing. The doors are double leaf and made of planks. Additional features include an eaves band, renewed ridge and end stacks, and a slate roof. There is also a modern harled retaining wall present.
