Description

Averonbrae is an early 19th century, two-storey and attic house featuring three wide bays. The building is constructed from coursed, squared rubble with tooled ashlar dressings and margins. The central door is connected to the flanking windows by a lintel course. It has two piended dormers and four-pane glazing, along with an eaves band and corniced end stacks. The roof is slate.
