Description

Circa 1835. Simple classical, 4-storey commercial

building with modern shops to tall ground floor. Cream

sandstone ashlar; moulded cornice above ground floor,

1st floor cill course, eaves cornice and balustrade with

panelled dies, parapet at corners bearing wallhead

stacks. Architraved windows, (with cornices at 1st

floor). 14-bay to St Vincent Place, 4-bay to Queen

Street. Outer left windows at 2nd and 3rd floor to St

Vincent Place, blind.
