Description

4-6 Forbes Place in Paisley is a three-storey building dating from around 1830. It features a five-bay block constructed of ashlar stone. The windows are architraved, with cill brackets, and those on the first floor have cornices. The first-floor windows are two-pane sashes, while the second floor has 12-pane sashes. The building has an eaves cornice and a blocking course with a reduced wallhead stack. The slate roof includes a central stack. The ground floor stonework, windows, and entrance architrave were added in 2016, replacing a modern shopfront that was previously there.
