Description
This building, located at 8, 10, and 12 Forbes Place in Paisley, dates from around 1830 and is a three-storey, ten-bay terrace constructed of ashlar stone. The doors at numbers 8 and 10 are architraved and share a consoled cornice, with each featuring a block pediment. At number 12, a pend has been inserted, replacing the original door. The first floor has architraved windows with cill brackets and cornices, and most of the 12-pane sash windows remain unaltered. The building has an eaves cornice and a blocking course, with surviving corniced wallhead stacks. The roof is slate.
