Description
33 Oakfield Avenue is a terraced building dating from around 1859. It has two storeys and attics, comprising 15 bays with three bays per house. The exterior is constructed of ashlar stone, which is channelled at the ground level and mostly painted. The doorways are segmentally arched and feature smooth keystones, with the doors being deeply recessed and topped with fanlights. The first-floor windows have architraves and are fitted with sash windows, either with plate glass or four-pane glazing. There is a band course between the floors and at the eaves, along with a dentil cornice and a blocking course. The dormers are irregular in shape, with most being modern. The building has axial stacks and is topped with slate roofs.
