Description

Frank Burnet & Boston 1912 (dated) red ashlar corner tenement with flat roof. Some sculptured detail. Pub at ground has red granite base, ironwork above door. At corner, octagonal turret rises from above ground floor, corbelled out slightly at top stage and now topped with modern lead-covered cap, and with wall-head stacks either side. Single/grouped lights to elevations, also oriel corbelled above ground at outer bay of each front. Yellow brick at rear. Pub interior has pair tall columns with decorative capitals supporting roof; some acid-etched panels.
