9 South Woodside Road, Glasgow

90, 92, and 94 Park Road in Glasgow is a tenement block built around 1890, designed in the Thomsonesque style. This four-storey building includes a basement and features polished ashlar stone, with a banded design at the ground level. The doorways are arranged in groups of three and are supported by squat Egyptian-style pilasters, which hold up a cornice adorned with disc details. The first-floor windows are topped with a consoled cornice, while modern two-pane pivot windows have been installed. There is a continuous band and cill course at the first floor, and the cornice over the second floor has mostly been removed. The third floor has a cill course, and a heavy bracketed main cornice caps the structure. The building has axial stacks and slate roofs, which were re-roofed around 1980. The south flank facing South Woodside Place has a seven-bay design and features a tall, centrally placed corniced doorpiece that mirrors the details of the Park Road elevation, along with a single pedimented window above the door.

Inside, the building has been significantly altered around 1980, but some original cast-iron stair balusters remain.
