Description

Circa 1835. 4-storey classical tenement with modern shops at ground floor, 3 x 4 bays. Polished ashlar, droved ashlar return elevation. Sash and case windows, mainly 12-pane glazing, corniced at 1st and 2nd floors to Hope Street. Ground floor mutule cornice; 2nd floor cill band. Eaves cornice; blocking course. Scrolled, corniced wallhead stack to Hope Street.
