It stands four stories tall and features modern shops on the ground floor, arranged in three groups of four bays. The building is constructed of polished ashlar stone, with a droved ashlar return elevation. The windows are sash and case, primarily with 12-pane glazing, and there are cornices at the first and second floors facing Hope Street. The ground floor has a mutule cornice, while the second floor includes a cill band.
