29-30 Lansdowne Crescent, Glasgow

29-30 Lansdowne Crescent in Glasgow is a six-bay tenement built around 1875, which adjoins 28 Lansdowne Crescent and features a three-bay return elevation to 393 North Woodside Road. The building is situated on a steeply sloping site and consists of four storeys and a basement. It is constructed of polished ashlar stone, which is channelled at the ground level and has been stone cleaned.

There are steps that oversail the basement leading up to the first floor, where you will find an architraved corniced doorpiece. The upper windows are also architraved, with cornicing and bracketed cills at the first floor, and cornicing at the second floor. The terminal bays feature tripartite windows, while the other windows are single light. All windows are sash with plate glass glazing. Additional architectural details include a band course above the ground level and string courses at the cills of the first and second floors. The building is topped with a mutule cornice, and it has axial and wallhead stacks, along with slate roofs.
