Description

Circa 1875; 8-bay tenement adjoining 33 Lansdowne

Crescent, with 3-bay return elevation to 401 North

Woodside Road. Polished ashlar, channelled at ground,

stonecleaned. 3 storeys and basement. Steps oversailing

basement to pilastered and corniced doorpieces. Ground

floor windows with bracketted cills. All upper windows

architraved, corniced at 1st floor. Sash windows, plate

glass or 4-pane glazing; mixed single light and

tripartite fenestration. String course over ground and

at 1st and 2nd floor cills. Mutule cornice; axial and

wallhead stacks. Modern cast-iron railings to steps and

basement.
