Description

Circa 1852, terrace of tenements 9 bays with 4-bay

return elevation to 18 Bank Street. 3 storeys, stepped

down slope. Polished ashlar. All openings architraved;

doorpiece with consoled cornice; fanlight. Ground and

1st floor windows corniced. Sash windows, multi-pane

glazing. Eaves cornice. Axial and wallhead stacks, some

rebuilt; some octagonal flues; slate roofs. 4-bay

droved ashlar flank to Great Kelvin Lane similarly

detailed.
