7 Buckingham Street in Glasgow is a double villa built in 1886 by H K Bromhead, showcasing a Scots Baronial style. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a double pile design featuring three bays on one side and two on the other. It is constructed from snecked rubble with ashlar dressings, long and short quoins, and window surrounds, along with hoodmoulds over the doors. The front elevation is painted, and the windows are primarily sash and case.

For No. 7, the ground floor has a canted southern bay, while the first floor features an oriel in the northern bay. The roof includes two crow-stepped dormers flanking a small semi-circular dormer, all topped with ball finials. The southern return displays two crow-stepped gables with stacks.

No. 9 features a full-height, canted northern bay and a double-leaf panelled door. Most of the upper sashes have leaded lights, and the roof includes one semi-circular dormer and one crow-stepped dormer.
