Description
70 Mount Annan Drive in Glasgow is a villa designed by Richard Henderson in 1906, featuring art nouveau ornamentation. The building has a nearly symmetrical two-storey, three-bay front facing the street, with the central bay containing a flat-roofed third storey or attic window. It is topped with a deep-eaved red-tile roof. The villa is constructed from snecked ashlar with polished detailing, and it has mullioned and transomed windows that include small leaded lights. There are low outshots on either side, also featuring red-tiled roofs, and on the west side, there is a bowed wide window. The property is enclosed by a boundary wall made of squared rubble, which steps down the slope and includes plain gateway openings.
