This late 19th century footbridge is located in the Botanic Gardens on Great Western Road in Glasgow. It features three spans with shallow arches and is constructed from cast iron, supported by two iron supports mounted in the river. The bridge has a decorative cast-iron handrail and an asphalt footway. Additionally, there are cast-iron gatepiers and gates partway across the bridge, allowing for the closure of both the bridge and the gardens.
